Cancellation Policy *

The customer can cancel free of charge until two days from the date of arrival.

For example: a customer who is expected to check in on January 15th, can cancel free of charge until January 12th included.

Out of this range, the cost of the first night will be charged on the customer's credit card.

We are in the heart of Madrid, in the emblematic "Barrio de las Letras", an area that allows easy access on foot to the wide range of leisure and culture proposed by the city of Madrid.

Common areas

At our reception you can enjoy Madrid information.

In addition, we will provide you with a city map and can recommend places where you can taste a rich breakfast, tapas or enjoy a nice lunch or dinner.

There is also the possibility of booking excursions to different places (Toledo, Aranjuez, El Escorial...).

We have double rooms (2 beds / double bed) with bathroom and double rooms (2 beds / double bed) with shower and toilet.
